The Council operates a 3 weekly service for the collection of garden waste between the months of March and November.
Residents require to buy a permit in order to receive this collection service.
Applications for permits for 2024/25 are closed. Applications for permits 2025/26 will open again in Spring 2025.
Requests for replacement permits due to bin damage etc can be made by emailing customerservice@clacks.gov.uk or calling 01259 450000.
Our recycling centre at Forthbank accepts garden waste from residents throughout the year without permits.
