Missed Bin Collection

We may have genuinely missed your bin, and if so please use our Self-service missed waste collection form to report this. Alternatively please contact Customer Services on 01259 450000, and we will try to return to empty your bin, normally within 5 working days.

Please note that bins will not be classed as missed until after 4pm on the day of collection, and requests should be made after that time.

Reports of missed bins will only be considered where they are made by 5.30 pm on the next working day following the scheduled collection day.

Your bin may have been tagged because it:

• is too heavy
• ​is overfilled and the lid is up
• contains the wrong materials (contamination)

Please note that we cannot return to tagged bins, or bins that are presented late, until the next scheduled collection date.
