You are applying for a permit that is required for your garden waste bin to be collected in the future.
For 2024 the cost of the permit will be £48.00, covering collections between 1st April and 30th November. The charge is not transferable or refundable and is fixed, irrespective of whether the permit is ordered before or during the collection period.
A brown bin is required in order to participate in the scheme. If you do not have a brown bin please contact our Customer Service Centre on 01259 450000 or via mailto:customerservice@clacks.gov.uk
Unless your landlord has agreed to make payment on your behalf you will be asked to make an online payment for your permit at the end of this application, so please have a debit or credit card to hand.
Please note that it may take up to 21 days for permits to arrive in the post. Please make your application promptly to ensure that you do not miss any scheduled collections.
