Yes. For the kerb to bus service, we normally recommend a carer travels with them, but it is not essential if they are able to make the journey unassisted. For the DRT journeys, children over 5 are able to travel unaccompanied and Under 22 NEC are accepted. For children under 5 we would expect a parent or guardian to travel with them, children under 5 travel for free. We strongly advise children use the seatbelts provided.
Yes, however it will use the same space as any wheelchairs. It is therefore essential to make us aware if you require this space for a pram at booking. If a pram or buggy can be folded and you do not require this space, you do not need to make us aware.
Please also note, bookings by wheelchair users will take priority over prams and buggies. Children and babies are expected to sit in your lap, unless you have specifically requested a seat on the bus for them.

Yes, well behaved dogs on a lead and sitting on the floor can be taken on the bus. Other small animals that are in a secure pet carrier may also be accommodated, but they must be placed on the floor. No animals, including assistance dogs, should be on the seats of the bus at any time.
