Wee County Bus

The Wee County Bus is a new flexible fully accessible bus service, aiming to connect local people with local services and onward journeys by regular bus services.

This new service aims to assist

• local disabled people who cannot use regular bus services - please refer to our kerb to bus eligibility criteria page
• communities with no access to local bus services (demand responsive transport)

The bus service will be shared with both user groups and must be booked in advance. At times we may use the bus for other purposes.

The service launched in July and the first phase will focus on the transition of our existing door to door passengers onto the new service.  Application forms to join the kerb to bus service are now available to those who meet the eligibility criteria. 

We aim to introduce the Demand Responsive Transport (DRT) service in the Muckhart area from Monday 7 September, with bookings open from Tuesday 1 September.  Further details will follow shortly.

Bookings for kerb to bus (formerly door to door) customers can be made on 01786 237 800 between 10am-12noon.

Coalsnaughton service

A shuttle bus will operate between Coalsnaughton at The Burns Club and Fishcross Primary School, Monday to Friday, until the 31 March 2027.
