C1 - Change In Route

From Monday 30 September 2024 , all journeys on service C1 will be diverted to serve Alloa Park Drive (between Forth Crescent and the roundabout).  This diversion will be on a Hail and Ride basis with no bus stops – passengers should board and alight near to the property at no 46.  There is no change to the timetable.

202 now 23 - Operated by Glenfarg Community Transport

From Monday 2nd September the former 202 route operated by Stagecoach, will change to the 23 and be operated by the Glenfarg Community Transport Group. The 23 will have the Glenfarg Community Transport branding, but will operate as a public service bus and National Entitlement Cards are accepted on the service.

Clackmannanshire has a number of bus services and routes provided by a variety of different operators, the majority of these routes can be found below, however for all public transport information please contact:

For mobile devices such as iPhone and Android Traveline Scotland also provide a free app.  Traveline can also provide Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) on bus services with this ability installed on board the bus.  Alternatively some local bus operators have their own RTPI Apps, including McGill's Scotland East and Stagecoach.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about a bus service, you should generally raise this with the operator in the first instance.  If you do not receive a satisfactory outcome you can raise your concerns with Bus Users Scotland or the Traffic Commissioner, depending on what your complaint relates to.  For more information on how to do this, please visit Transport Scotland's Bus Complaints page.  If your complaint relates to the Council operated service the C1, you can also raise this through our Public Transport Unit at ptu@clacks.gov.uk.  Please note the Council has no control or influence over commercially operated services.
