For mobile devices such as iPhone and Android Traveline Scotland also provide a free app. Traveline can also provide Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) on bus services with this ability installed on board the bus. Alternatively some local bus operators have their own RTPI Apps, including McGill's Scotland East and Stagecoach.

If you have a complaint about a bus service, you should generally raise this with the operator in the first instance. If you do not receive a satisfactory outcome you can raise your concerns with Bus Users Scotland or the Traffic Commissioner, depending on what your complaint relates to. Please note the Council has no control or influence over commercially operated services.
