British Sign Language Plan
The British Sign Language (Scotland) Act 2015 requires a range of Scottish public bodies, including local authorities, health boards, colleges and universities, to publish plans showing how they will support BSL users and promote the use of BSL. This plan sets out the actions Clackmannanshire Council will take and is framed under long term goals in the national plan that apply to local authorities.
