Contaminated Land Inspection Strategy
This document is a review and update of our Contaminated Land Strategy taking into account changes in the statutory regime and responsibilities since the publication of the original document. It also outlines the implementation of the statutory duties in the future.Whilst this review and update can be read in isolation, it is recommended that it be read in conjunction with the original in order to see changes in procedures and progress to date.
