The use of this facility is free of charge to residents, but due to the significant cost to the Council of disposing of the waste it receives, it is essential that the facility is used by local residents only.
Under an agreement with Fife Council, Kincardine residents may also use the centre to dispose of household waste.
Drivers must produce photo ID plus proof of residency in Clackmannanshire or Kincardine, for example one of the following:
ID will be examined by our staff only for the purposes of allowing access only, and will not be copied or recorded in any way.
Where the driver is not a Clackmannanshire resident but are carrying waste of behalf of a passenger in the vehicle, the passenger must produce evidence of residency as listed above.
The Council reserves the right to make further enquiries concerning the ownership of the waste, and may deny access to Forthbank.
Where suitable evidence cannot be produced, entry to Forthbank will be denied. If you are having difficulty in providing appropriate evidence please email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01259 450000 for further assistance.
Summer: 1st April to 30th September
