Local Housing Strategy 2004-2009
This strategy fulfils the legal requirements introduced in the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 by setting out clearly how the Council, working in partnership with others, can best tackle housing issues across all tenures – owner-occupation, social or private renting – in the coming 5 years.
