Children & Families

Children, young people and families are what makes a community. And in Clackmannanshire we offer a range of services for all ages, from babies, toddlers and teens to mums, dads, carers and grand parents.

Our Family Centres offer day care, family support, one to one advice, parent & toddler groups and more. Other information on services is available through Clackmannanshire Pre-School and Childcare Information Service or the Children's Services Directory.

We also have a range of services for nursery and school children, including out of school care clubs and and the Bookbug project, which encourages parents to share books with their babies from an early age.

Young people can also get involved in a range of activities through our junior and senior youth clubs and sports development programme.

And we take our protective role seriously, offering advice on safer routes to schools, child welfare and children's rights.
