Alloa, Alva and Lornshill Academies will be closed.
Alloa Town Hall and the Bowmar Community Centre will be closed except for any pre-arranged lets.
All weekly fitness classes will be off.
The NEC and Blue Badge service will be closed.
NECs can be applied for online as can a Blue Badge.
