Payment Information
We accept Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard) and Debit Cards (Visa Debit and Visa Electron). The Council now use 3-D Secure authentication.
Alternative Payment Methods
Customers are encouraged, where possible to sign up to Direct Debit to make payments directly from their bank or building society accounts.
Payments can also be made via card by phoning us on (01259 450000) or at your nearest PayPoint outlet.
Automated phone service
Clackmannanshire Council uses an automated phone service to contact customers who have balances outstanding for sundry debt invoices, ie invoices that we send for payment for chargeable services, for example, waste collections, licences, garages, housing repairs, social care, child care etc.
If you're called or texted by the new phone service, it will come from 01259 341097.
