Do you already have a Leisure Membership and are logging in for the first time?
- Yes. You also know the email address stored on your membership:
- Go to the online membership portal
- Click Login/Register
- Click Forgotten Password
- Enter your email address and then click Send Reset Email
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
- Yes, but you do not know your email address stored on your membership:
- Phone the Leisure Helpline 01259 213131 or email leisurebookings@clacks.gov.uk
- Request the email address stored on your membership
- If you do not have an email address stored, you will be asked to provide one
- Go to the online membership portal
- Click Login/Register
- Click Forgotten Password
- Enter your email address and then click Send Reset Email
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password
- No. Simply register as a new member on the online membership portal
