This programme of activity provides funding to enhance the main streets in the towns and villages across the area.
The first area to benefit from the initiative was Sauchie Main Street followed by Tron Court, Tullibody.
A consultation on streetscape enhancements to Stirling St and Brook St, Alva was also carried out mid 2019.
Funding for the initiative was initially agreed by Council in the 2013/14 budget and additional funding was allocated in the 2014/15 budget.
The initiative fits with the vision identified in the Local Outcomes Improvement Plan.
A consultation programme on the environmental improvement proposals is held prior to work taking place, with views from local residents and businesses shaping the work.
