Clackmannanshire Credit Union has merged with Falkirk District Credit Union.
The Credit Union is a financial co-operative, owned and managed by its members, which provides a secure facility for saving and access to affordable borrowing.
Our Credit Union allows people to grasp control of their own financial affairs, building confidence, self esteem and this in turn positively affects whole families and communities.
Anyone who lives or works in the FK and bordering EH postcode areas is eligible to join the Credit Union.
The credit union is run by a Board of Directors who are all volunteers and are appointed at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
If we make a surplus at the end of the year it is returned to the members through a dividend or improved services.
We also provide facilities for savings and low-cost loans.
Any money saved with the credit union is absolutely safe and is guaranteed by the UK Government up to a maximum of £85,000 per member.
