Programme 2025-27

Clackmannanshire Council is pleased to announce that a three year central heating and boiler replacement programme to cover the term 2025-27 has been agreed with the contractor PH Jones. The contract commenced on 1 April 2025, the overall contract covers replacement works to many areas throughout Clackmannanshire. 

The contract is split into three separate terms and the first term covers the addresses included below. The replacement contract involves the contractor designing and fitting a full modern efficient central heating system with an 'A' rated combi condensing boiler including radiators and all associated controls and pipework.

For those on the contract requiring a boiler only installation, they will also receive a full modern efficient 'A' rated combi condensing boiler.

All tenants within this programme will be lettered by the Council to inform them that they are included in this programme. The contractor will then contact the tenant direct to arrange a survey and a date when the works will commence.  Once fitted, the new central heating system or boiler, should enable tenants to control their heating costs and should result in savings in their fuel costs.
