Councillor Earle holds a weekly surgery on a Friday in Hawkhill Community Centre, Alloa between 2pm and 3pm.

Councillor Earle's surgery at Hawkhill Community Centre, Alloa is cancelled on Friday 18th and Friday 25th October 2024.

UPDATE dated 11th October 2024 Councillor Earle's surgery at Alloa Academy, is cancelled on Saturday 19th and Saturday 26th October 2024.

Councillor Earle also holds a weekly surgery on a Saturday in Alloa Academy between 10am and 11am (PLEASE NOTE: no surgery will be held on the FIRST SATURDAY of every month until further notice).

The Ethical Standards in Public Life etc (Scotland) Act 2000 introduced an ethical framework to Scotland. One of the key elements of this new act is the Councillors Code of Conduct, which underlines a strong commitment to the promotion of high standards in public life. Section 4 of the Code sets out the categories of interests, financial and otherwise that Councillors must declare. In line with legislation a copy of the Register of Interests for Clackmannanshire Councillors is also available for public inspection at the Council Headquarters in Kilncraigs Alloa, FK10 1EB.
