Elected Members' Remuneration, Allowances and Expenses

In accordance with the Local Governance (Scotland) Act 2004 (Remuneration) Regulations 2007 as amended, Clackmannanshire Council hereby publish figures for Councillor's Remuneration, Allowances and Expenses.

These are determined by reference to the Local Governance (Scotland ) Act 2004 (Remuneration) Regulations 2007 (SS1 2007/183). A breakdown of the figures is available from Finance Services, Kilncraigs, Alloa, at all reasonable times, for inspection free of charge.

Elected Members' Training and Development Opportunities

Clackmannanshire Council has a Protocol for Elected Members' Training and Development, which aims to ensure consistency in the Council's approach to training for Elected Members.
