Our social media accounts are monitored during office hours only. We can't promise to respond to all comments or questions via social media. Please report local issues using the online Report It system, email customerservice@clacks.gov.uk or call 01259 450000. Information on contacting the Council can also be found on our website.
While we are happy to hear from everyone, it is important to note that posts by members of the community to our social media pages do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Clackmannanshire Council, and we cannot confirm their accuracy.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to remove any content which violates our guidelines, and may block users who do not follow these.
We also reserve the right to send any comments we deem appropriate to law enforcement authorities for investigation as we feel necessary or as required by law.
The Council itself, as opposed to its political administration, must be politically neutral in its communications. Please do not use our pages to promote political messages or related content.
