Social media acceptable use policy

We welcome users to our social media pages, where we share content and news about Clackmannanshire. We welcome comments and constructive feedback from members of the community.

Our social media accounts are monitored during office hours only. We can't promise to respond to all comments or questions via social media. Please report local issues using the online Report It system, email customerservice@clacks.gov.uk or call 01259 450000. Information on contacting the Council can also be found on our website.

We also reserve the right to send any comments we deem appropriate to law enforcement authorities for investigation as we feel necessary or as required by law.

The Council itself, as opposed to its political administration, must be politically neutral in its communications. Please do not use our pages to promote political messages or other content. We will remove any comments that, in our view, may compromise its obligation to maintain political neutrality.
