The Council has approved Financial Regulations and these set out the framework within which the Council conducts financial transactions.
They provide the overall key control framework to enable the Council to exercise effective financial management and control of its resources and assets, as well as support and protect Elected Members and Officers in the performance of their duties where financial issues are involved.
