Clackmannanshire Council Committees

This Committee is responsible for:

• Carrying out our duties relating to parents’ appeals under Part II of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980.

By law the full council must set up this committee. Although it is listed as a committee set up by us, this committee does not follow our standing orders. Instead it follows its own procedural rules.

This committee does not have the authority to change or make council policies.
