The Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 makes provision for regulating the sale of alcohol, for regulating licensed premises and other premises on which alcohol is sold, and for connected purposes.
Section 6 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 requires every licensing board to prepare and publish a statement of its licensing policy every 3 years. The policy must also be kept under review during the 3 year period and revised if necessary.
This Statement fulfils the statutory requirement for Clackmannanshire Licensing Board.
