Please note all fees must be paid electronically either via our website or by telephoning our contact centre (01259 450000). 

The following non-statutory service charges will apply from 1 April 2026.

Notes:
  1. Minimum charge. The Council reserves the right to increase the above fees subject to the increased complexity of the project.
  2. The above services include 2 site visits per application. Additional site visits will be charged at £140.61 per visit
