Building Standards Annual Performance Report

This page should be read in conjunction with both our Building Standards Local and National Charters.

Our Annual Performance Report is a business action plan for how our Building Standards service will be managed. It acts as a strategic planning and management tool to ensure that our activities align to our overarching vision and goals as an organisation. The lastest annual report is attached below.

Part of the report includes summaries of our performance which are matched against our Key Performance Objectives and Targets as set out in the Building Standards National Customer Charter. Section 5 of the report deals specifically with performance data, which all local authorities are required to produce on a quarterly basis for the Scottish Government. Attached beblow is a list of all our quarterly reports to date for this financial year.
