Adaptive, Inclusive, Movement (AIM) Programme

Weekly exercise sessions for adults with a disability. (The Wednesday class is part funded through the Sauchie Women and Girls Project).

Aerobics

Aerobic routines to music for any level of fitness. A total body work out combining cardio and muscle toning exercises designed to engage all muscle groups to burn calories, tone and shape body.

Boxfit

This is an amazing fat burning class that will help shape and tone your body whilst mastering boxing moves and techniques. Great for developing strength and flexibility. Suitable for all abilities with no body contact or pressure to compete.

Chi Kung

Gentle Chinese exercises suitable for all. Not only works very gently on the body at your own pace for improved movement but also on relaxing the mind. Classes are done in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Circuit and Fitter Folks classes

An exercise class designed to improve your strength, muscle tone, weight loss and over all health and fitness. Come along and exercise in a friendly environment at your own comfortable level.

Kettlercise

Kettlercise is the single most effective Kettlebell fat burning workout which is designed to shape and sculpt your body for rapid fat loss and a lean toned body. It’s fun, super quick and super effective.

Let's Walk - parent/toddler walk

If you are expecting a baby or a new parent/carer of an active toddler we would love you to join us. We will lead our walk each week from an accessible point for around an hour and return for coffee and a chat.

Meditation

Relaxation of the mind, time to take out for yourself, focusing on the breath. Helps your body to relax and reduce stress levels.

If you have had a hard day a work and just need some time out this is the class for you.

Nia

Nia is the first and original fusion fitness workout to blend Eastern and Western movements and concepts. A mindfulness-based practice, Nia respects the natural intelligence of the body by incorporating cardiovascular conditioning and healing movements with mindfulness and stress reduction techniques.

With various level of physical intensity, Nia is suitable for all levels and abilities using moves and steps from martial arts, dance arts and healing arts.

OTAGO

This class is for people who have ben identified as a falls risk or who may be becoming unsteady on their feet. The exercises are targeted at improving leg strength and balance to help individuals maintain their independent lifestyle.

Running Club

Come along and run/jog in a friendly group setting. No need to be a superstar athlete. Helps burn calories, improves your fitness and gets you out in the fresh air.

Social Badminton

Come along for a fun game of badminton and play with your friends or with other people. No matter your ability come along and join.

Tai Chi

This is a sequence of movements called A forms. This is done slowly and with minimum use of physical strength. Tai Chi teaches you to become more aware of your body and exercises the body's natural energies - The Chi.

Yoga, Beginners Yoga

Seasonal yoga helps improve your flexibility, posture and core strength and the function of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive and hormonal systems using various yoga positions. Yoga also works with the meridians of the body and the energy of the seasons. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Zone 50, Over 50s, Mature Movers, Active 50s

This class is about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, meeting new people and enjoying a fun filled session. Gentle exercise to help improve your strength, balance and overall health and wellbeing.

Zumba

Zumba is a fun and sociable dance based fitness class that uses a fusion of Latin and International rhythms with easy to follow moves. It includes both high energy cardio, and resistance training components designed to tone and sculpt the entire body. Zumba is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels, and class participants at any level can start Zumba right away.
