Our Library Service provides computers with free access to the internet for all. New computers and software have recently been installed in every library in Clackmannanshire as well as free wifi.

To use the computers and wifi in our libraries you have to become a member of the service. To join:
The service is available in our libraries including Alloa, Sauchie, Tullibody, Alva and Tillicoultry.
Each library has a suite of PCs depending on the size of the library. For instance, Alloa has 19 while Alva has 6.
There are also larger monitors and special software for the visually impaired.
Internet access, word processing and e-mail facilities are completely free. Scanning and CD-Rom writing facilities are included, but a small charge is made for paper print-outs and CD-Roms.
Yes. Specially trained staff are available at all times. They will act as 'human search engines'. Let them know what kind of information you are looking for and they will point you in the right direction.
No, it’s for everyone! Our computers provide safe on-line fun and learning for children. Children under 11 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
No. Our electronic booking system allows bookings to be made at any library for any PC at any of our libraries. You may of course just visit the library. Once you have registered as a user you may book any PC which happens to be free at the time.
