Browse, Renew and Reserve Library Books

Clackmannanshire library members can use the new self-service library catalogue to:

• browse books, spoken word etc
• renew your loans
• reserve in-stock items
• update your library account

How to Login

To log in to your library account you will need your library membership number (on your library card under the barcode) and PIN. Library members with older tickets will have to enter the prefix 21513 and their borrower number when logging into their accounts. The number should be typed in without spaces e.g. 21513209123456. New pin numbers can be allocated by contacting the library service via email or in branch.

Please note pin numbers cannot be allocated over the phone.

Unfortunately, due to encryption problems, your password from the old online catalogue won't work here. Please email or come in to any of our libraries to have your password reset. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Email us at: libraries@clacks.gov.uk

Renewing items

You can use the self-service library catalogue to renew items. Borrowers can now renew their overdue items and any fines are now automatically added to their account.

Reserving Items

To check if an item is in stock you can search using the self-service library catalogue. You will need your library membership number (on your library card under the barcode) and PIN or password to log in to your account and place requests.
