I, Nikki Bridle, Constituency Returning Officer at the above election do hereby in accordance with the Scottish Parliament (Elections) Order 2015 (as amended) Articles 50 and 55 give notice that as at 12 June 2026 being the date this notice was dispatched for publication I have now received a statutory declaration in respect of

Election expenses returns together with the appropriate declarations as to election expenses and all accompanying documents may be inspected between the hours of 10 am and 4pm Monday to Friday  except public holidays at Clackmannanshire Council, Kilncraigs, Greenside Street, Alloa FK10 1EB for a period of two years after receipt by me. The fee payable for a copy of any such return, declaration or document is 20p for each side of each page.
