Community Council Elections - Nominations Results
The residents of the Alva area have now elected the people who will represent their interests over the next 4 years.
Members of Alloa, Clackmannan, Menstrie, Muckhart and Tillicoultry, Coalsnaughton & Devonside community councils were elected unopposed after the first call for nominations.
In Dollar, residents nominated more people than places available on the community council and they will be balloted to elect 14 of the nominees to their community council. Notice of Ballot will be published on 17 September 2025 and postal vote packs will be posted on 18 September 2025.
The results for the area of Sauchie & Fishcross do not allow a community council to be formed as less than the required minimum number of nominees were submitted after the second call.
