The Supplier Development Programme (SDP) provides FREE advice, support, information, training and events to help businesses grow by winning more contracts with the public sector. Support covers all aspects of tendering from outlining the scale of opportunities, where to find them and how to win them. SDP also offers opportunities to meet with the people making the buying decisions.
Training is available at 3 different levels. Level 1 is for businesses with little or no experience of tendering, level 2 is for businesses with some experience but who need to get better and level 3 is for businesses with plenty of experience but want to improve. To access this training, you need to be registered with SDP. Visit www.sdpscotland.co.uk for more information and to register you business. Some of the training events are hosted by Clackmannanshire Council and take place locally. However businesses can attend events in any area of Scotland providered they have registered on the SDP Programme.
