When can an officer's report on a planning application be viewed by a member of the public?

Officer's reports to Planning Committee and other reports on the agenda are available for public inspection 5 working days before the Committee date. Please refer to our Committees page for more information.

Alternatively, you can view the reports electronically on the relevant planning application file or at your local Library.

In the case of applications delegated to the Planning & Building Standards Team Leader, reports of handling will be available on the planning application file shortly after a decision is made.
