Enrolment arrangements for 3-5 year olds

Early learning and childcare place applications for all local authority settings, partner childminders and partner nurseries must be completed via our online form link provided below.

Applications for 3-5 year olds will be available from 15 January and close 29 February 2024 and will reopen 22 April until 10 May 2024.

You will receive written confirmation once all allocations have been decided. Every effort will be made to allocate your first choice of ELC establishment although this may not always be possible. 

If a partner provider ELC or childminder is your first choice, please contact the establishment before filling in an online application form.

Once a place has been allocated you must provide your child’s birth certificate and proof of address to the ELC establishment to complete the enrolment process. If unable to do so a place will not be allocated.
