Photography and Media Consent

I give permission to Clackmannanshire Council to photograph and/or record me and/or my child(ren) and to use, reproduce, publish, display and distribute such photographs, images and recordings for publicity, promotional, educational, informational and marketing purposes.

I understand and agree that these photographs, images and recordings may be used in a variety of formats and media, including but not limited to printed publications, newsletters, reports, posters, displays, websites, social media platforms, digital communications and other promotional materials, both for use by Clackmannanshire Council and, where relevant, by approved partner organisations.

I acknowledge that the photographs, images and recordings may be published without further notice to me and may remain in circulation or online for a reasonable period of time. I understand that I will not receive any payment or other compensation for the use of such photographs, images or recordings.

I confirm that I am aged 16 or over and consent on my own behalf, or that I am the parent, guardian or person with parental responsibilities for the child(ren) named below and am authorised to provide this consent on their behalf.

I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time by contacting the Council in writing at the address, or email below.

Any withdrawal of consent will apply to future use of the photographs, images and recordings and will not require the removal of material that has already been published or distributed prior to the withdrawal request being received.
