Bus Timetables & Enquiries

Clackmannanshire has a number of bus services and routes provided by a variety of different operators, the majority of these routes can be found below, however for all public transport information please contact:

Traveline Scotland or phone 0141 465 1878 (local rates apply) or 0871 200 2233 (calls cost 12p/min plus your standard access charge)

For mobile devices such as iPhone and Android Traveline Scotland also provide a free app.  Traveline can also provide Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) on bus services with this ability installed on board the bus.  Alternatively some local bus operators have their own RTPI Apps, including McGill's Scotland East and Stagecoach.

Alternatively Stagecoach have their own timetable finders.  You can also access timetables through Bus Times.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about a bus service, you should generally raise this with the operator in the first instance.  If you do not receive a satisfactory outcome you can raise your concerns with Bus Users Scotland or the Traffic Commissioner, depending on what your complaint relates to.  For more information on how to do this, please visit Transport Scotland's Bus Complaints page.  If your complaint relates to the Council operated service the C1, you can also raise this through our Public Transport Unit at ptu@clacks.gov.uk.  Please note the Council has no control or influence over commercially operated services.
