Section 109 NRSWA Consent Application
Utility Infrastructure Providers (UIPs) who are installing new apparatus in the public road should apply for permission under Section 109 of the New Roads & Street Works Act (as opposed to by Minor Roadworks Consent). The fee for S109 consent is detailed in the Roads and Transportation Fee Scale.
The fee structure for minor roadworks consent permits is detailed in the Roads and Transportation Fee Scale. Works not completed within the dates specified on the permits may be subject to additional charges.
