Housing Benefit & Council Tax Reduction Forms
If this is the first time you are applying for Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Reduction, you should complete the form Application for first time applicants below.
If you have previously applied for Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Reduction and you have a change in your circumstances, complete the form 'HB CTR Change to Circumstances' form.
If you wish to use use the interactive form (which allows you to save and print your form), please make sure you use a browser that supports this function for example Chrome or IE. You must also make sure you have Adobe Reader software on your device. This software is free to download. A typed signature is acceptable when you use the interactive form.
Note: Make sure that all your information has been saved into the form before emailing it to the council. Also, you cannot enter more letters into a field than the field allows, ie if a field has 4 boxes, you can only enter 4 letters.
