Community Planning Partnership Structures

The Community Planning Partnership (CPP) is supported by the Outcome Improvement Groups and Statutory Partnership Groups which have strategic responsibility to develop, resource and monitor strategies and interventions to deliver the outcomes and key action areas set out in the Local Outcomes Improvement Plan (LOIP).

These structures reflect the responsibilities in the Wellbeing Economy LOIP 2024-34.

Clackmannanshire & Stirling Health & Social Care Partnership

The CPP works with Clackmannanshire and Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership to improve outcomes for the elderly and vulnerable through care and support, and by promoting supportive communities.
