The Local Transport Strategy for Clackmannanshire
The Local Transport Strategy 2010 - 2014 is available to download below. A revised Local Transport Strategy is now been prepared and it is anticipated that this draft will be available shortly. In the interim period the existing strategy for 2010 - 2014 will remain valid for use.
Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) is a systematic process for identifying, predicting, reporting and mitigating the environmental impacts of certain proposed plans and programmes. The Local Transport Strategy falls under the EU Directive 2001/42/EC and the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes (Scotland) Regulations 2004. Therefore the Local Transport Strategy must be assessed for environmental effects.
The Clackmannanshire Strategic Environmental Assessment reports for the current Local Transport Strategy can be downloaded from this page. Responses from the consultation authorities are also available.
