Supervision Orders can be made at a Children's Hearing.
A Supervision Order will contain measures regarding the child or young person, such as where they should live and conditions which they must comply with.
We are responsible for ensuring that the individual complies to the Supervision Order and that the individual is receiving the help and support they need. Supervision Orders will be reviewed by a Children's Hearing at least annually. At these meetings the Supervision Requirement may be continued, varied or terminated.
