THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (MAIN STREET AND NORTH STREET, CLACKMANNAN) (EXPERIMENTAL ONE-WAY TRAFFIC) ORDER 2017
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 9 and 10(2) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 27 June 2017.
FULL DETAILS of this Order is as published in the Alloa Advertiser on 5 April 2017, and will designate the sections of roads described in the Schedule as a One Way Traffic System which is required to reduce traffic congestion within the area and will apply for an experimental period of 12 months. The Order will come into effect on 14 July 2017.
A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available at below or may be examined at the Clackmannanshire Council's Offices, Kilncraigs, Alloa, FK10 1EB or at any council office, library or Community Access Point, during normal office hours free of charge.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 14 July 2017 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
