NOTICE OF EMERGENCY TEMPORARY CLOSURE 2013
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in terms of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the section of road described in the Schedule attached hereto, will be closed to traffic from 1000 hours until 1330 hours on Friday 15th February 2013. The emergency closure is required for the funeral of Josh Gavin. Access for Residents and local businesses will be maintained where possible. Pedestrian Access will be maintained.

| Bedford Place | For its entirety. |
| St. Mungo's Wynd | For its entirety. |
| Alternative Routes | Via Glasshouse Loan, Caledonian Road, Grant Street, Grange Road, Bedford Place and vice versa. |
| Alternative Route for Buses | Via Broad Street, Castle Street, Glasshouse Loan, Caledonian Road, Grant Street. |
| Access for Residents and local businesses will be maintained where possible. Pedestrian Access will be maintained. | |
