THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (CLAREMONT, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE) ORDER 2013
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 17th January 2013.
The effect of this Order shall be to close to pedestrians:-
The period from 1700 hours on Sunday 24th February 2013 (for 2 months) until 1700 hours on Sunday 28th April 2013 on the section described in the Schedule attached. The temporary closure is necessary for public safety to install services on the frontage of the proposed plots.

| Length of Footway | Section of footpath which a footway closure will be applicable from 1700 hours on Sunday 24th February 2013 (for a period of 2 months) until 1700 hours on Sunday 28th April 2013. |
| Claremont, Alloa | South side. From a point 50 metres or thereby northwest of its junction with Arns Grove, north westwards for a distance of 140 metres or thereby. |
| Alternative Route | Via Footway on the north side of Claremont. |
