NOTICE OF EMERGENCY FOOTPATH CLOSURE ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in terms of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the section of road described in the Schedule attached hereto, will be closed to pedestrians from 0800 hours on Tuesday 1st March 2022 until 1700 hours on Wednesday 2nd March 2022 (Schedule 1) and from 0800 hours on Thursday 3rd March 2022 until 1700 hours on Friday 4th March 2022 (Schedule 2). The emergency closure is required for removal of notifiable asbestos from the enclosed vennel ceiling delayed due to COVID and necessary due to recent storms.
