Licenses - Entertainment
Licences for leisure events including sports, theatre and public shows are granted by Clackmannanshire Council. You can apply for a 3 Year Licence or a Temporary Licence e.g. for one-off events.
- Indoor Sports
An indoor sports licence will be granted to allow clubs to host sports events that may require an extension of evening hours or where members of the public are being asked to pay a fee for entrance to view the sporting activities. - Public Entertainment
You will require a public entertainment licence if members of the public are asked to pay an admission charge to use your facilities for the purpose of entertainment or recreation. Siting a Fun Fair in Clackmannanshire will require a Public Entertainment Licence. - Theatre
A Theatre Licence is required if films, plays or entertainment are available for members of the public to attend and an entrance fee is requested.
