Community Asset Transfer Review Body
The remit of the Community Asset Transfer Review Body (CATRB)is to review any appeals or requests for review of any Community Asset Transfer (CAT). Elected members who are members of the Planning Committee or who represent the ward in which the asset is situated would be exempt from the independent review.
