THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, DOLLAR) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO. 3) ORDER 2025
Clackmannanshire Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf which amends "The Clackmannanshire Council (Various Streets, Dollar) (Waiting Restrictions) Order 2005" by adding the additional lengths of road as detailed in the Schedules to this Amendment Order. This will add waiting restrictions on Mylne Avenue, Thornbank Road, Harviestoun Road, Manor House Road and McNabb Street, Dollar to increase safety and visibility for vehicles entering Mylne Avenue and to increase pedestrian safety in the vicinity of Dollar.
FULL DETAILS of this proposal are in the draft Order which, together with a copy of the relative plan and a Statement of the Council's reasons for promoting the Order is available obelow for three weeks from 5 February 2025, where objectors must state their reasons for objection by 28 February 2025.
