THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, DOLLAR) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO. 3) ORDER 2025

Clackmannanshire Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf which amends "The Clackmannanshire Council (Various Streets, Dollar) (Waiting Restrictions) Order 2005" by adding the additional lengths of road as detailed in the Schedules to this Amendment Order. This will add waiting restrictions on Mylne Avenue, Thornbank Road, Harviestoun Road, Manor House Road and McNabb Street, Dollar to increase safety and visibility for vehicles entering Mylne Avenue and to increase pedestrian safety in the vicinity of Dollar.

FULL DETAILS of this proposal are in the draft Order which, together with a copy of the relative plan and a Statement of the Council's reasons for promoting the Order is available obelow for three weeks from 5 February 2025, where objectors must state their reasons for objection by 28 February 2025.

	From the east kerbline of Thornbank Road, eastwards for a distance of 160 metres or thereby.

	From a point 58 metres or thereby east of its junction with the projected north kerbline of Harviestoun Road, eastwards for a distance of 42 metres or thereby.
Mylne Avenue, Dollar	On West Side thereof:
	From a point 3 metres south of the school entrance gate, southwards for a distance of 12 metres or thereby.
Mylne Avenue, Dollar	On South Side thereof:
	From the north kerbline of Harviestoun Road north eastwards to its junction with Thornbank Road, a distance of 80 metres or thereby.
	From the east kerbline of Thornbank Road, north eastwards for a distance of 16 metres or thereby.
	From a point 30 metres or thereby from the east kerbline of Thornbank Road, north eastwards for a distance of 65 metres or thereby.
	From a point 106 metres or thereby from the east kerbline of Thornbank Road, north eastwards for a distance of 65 metres or thereby then southwards for a distance of 26 metres or thereby.
Thornbank Road, Dollar	On Both Sides thereof:
	From its junction with Mylne Avenue northwards for a distance of 10 metres or thereby.
	From its junction with Mylne Avenue southwards for a distance of 10 metres or thereby.
Harviestoun Road, Dollar	On North Side thereof:
	From its Junction with Mylne Avenue eastwards for a distance of 40 metres or thereby.
Manor House Road, Dollar	On South Side thereof:
	From a point 20 metres or thereby east of the projected east kerbline of McNabb Street, eastwards for a distance of 6 metres or thereby.
	From a point 20 metres or thereby west of the projected west kerbline of Cairnpark Street, westwards for a distance of 6 metres or thereby.
Schedule 50
	Side and section of road over which Waiting, Loading and Unloading is prohibited at any time.
McNabb Street, Dollar	On West Side thereof:
	From the projected south kerbline of Manor House Road, in a southwards for a distance of 16 metres or thereby.
	On East Side thereof:
	From the projected south kerbline of Manor House Road, in a southwards for a distance of 14 metres or thereby.
