THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (C59 CLACKMANNAN ROAD, KENNET)(WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2024

Clackmannanshire Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, which will designate the section(s) of road(s) described in the Schedule where waiting restrictions will apply to increase safety and visibility throughout the village.

FULL DETAILS of this proposal are in the draft Order which, together with a copy of the relative plan and a Statement of the Council's reasons for promoting the Order is available below for three weeks from 11 September 2024, where objectors must state their reasons for objection by 4 October 2024.

Lists of Roads in Kennet		Side and section of road on which waiting is prohibited at any time.
C59 Clackmannan Road	Both Sides :
	From a point 30 metres or thereby west of the boundary of no.1, eastwards for a distance of 50 metres or thereby.
	From its junction with Foz Garage access, north westwards for a distance of 38 metres or thereby.
	From a point 5 metres or thereby north west of the east boundary wall of no. 13 Kennet Village, south eastwards for a distance of 45 metres or thereby.
	From a point 153 metres or thereby east of its junction with unclassified road at car garage, westwards for a distance of 50 metres or thereby.
	North Side:
	From its junction with Foz Garage west access, south eastwards for a distance of 22 metres or thereby.
	From the access road to rear of Kennet Village, south eastwards for a distance of 35 metres or thereby.
	From a point 7 metres or thereby north west of the east boundary of no.4 Kennet Village, south eastwards for a distance of 40 metres or thereby.
	South Side:
	From its junction with the access road, north westwards for a distance of 24 metres or thereby.
