THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL  (CASTLE ROAD, MENSTRIE)  (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2022

The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 31st October 2022.

The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 1400 hours until 1900 hours on Saturday 10th December 2022 (contingency is Sunday 11th December 2022), on the section of roads described in Schedule.   The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is necessary for public safety during the Community Christmas Event with Community Stalls and Christmas Gardens with Santa.

Section of road over which a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is applicable from 1400 hours until 1900 hours on Saturday 10th December 2022 (contingency is Sunday 11th December 2022).

Castle Road, Menstrie

From its junction with Menstrie Place northwards for a distance of 100 metres or thereby.
