THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (MILL STREET, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY PARKING SUSPENSION) ORDER 2022
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 9th August 2022.
The effect of this Order shall be to suspend parking:-
The period from 0900 hours until 1700 hours on Sunday 4th September 2022. The temporary parking suspension is required to facilitate pole replacement by BT (Schedule 1) and from the period 0900 hours on Monday 5th September 2022 until 1615 hours on Friday 23rd September 2022. The temporary parking suspension is required to facilitate vehicle parking and storage of plant by SGN (Schedule 2).
